I got confused because the question stem she was on an extensive chemotherapy regimen and got scared away from Xanthine Oxidase because of its potentially for interaction with 6MP/Azathioprene, but I guess since neither of those were directly stated in the question stem I should have gone with Xanthine Oxidase inhibitor to prevent tumor lysis as stated above

This one was a somewhat simple question since chemotherapy --> tumor lysis --> need xanthine oxidase inhibitor (eg, febuxostat).
