Refunds & cancellations. Please note, we cannot provide refunds once a membership is activated and has been used to access decrypted (“un-scrambled”) material. If you have not yet accessed decrypted material, we will be happy to issue you a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your membership page and clicking “Cancel my membership.” You retain access to decrypted content until the end of your billing cycle.

Prorations. Prorations are not available for monthly subscriptions whatsoever. Prorations are available for 90-day subscriptions but the deducted amount is based on the monthly subscription rate ($279 $49 65% OFF).

Recurring subscriptions. Please note all subscriptions recur until cancelled, as detailed here (nbmeanswers.com/fulfillment), on the original membership page (nbmeanswers.com/membership) and at checkout (unique URL generated at time of checkout).
